I just made a plaster of paris mask for a cosplay and dont know how to wear it!! help!?

I just made a plaster of paris mask for a cosplay and dont know how to wear it!! Its a silent hill nurse kinda deal made of those strips you wet and put over someones face and they dry by themselves? yeah so i made it and painted it with acrylics but now how do i wear it? like should i drill holes on the sides and lace a ribbon through and TIE it on? or hot glue something? im clueless lol
