there is this stuff i can't remember the name of it but its a clay that you can mold and it drys... you used to be able to get it a Wal-mart in a big tub, but i don't know if they have it any more, but hobby lobby or some other craft store might have it....
if you find it you could get that and one of those plastic mask, take a craftsman blade and cut the left and bottom piece of the plastic mask out the take the clay and put over the mask the add the pieces the stick off the top and the teeth, let it dry over night the paint it white, let that dry, and paint the red an black lines on it.....to get the indention's and stuff you'll need a sculpting tool, it looks like a scalpel and some have a brush on one end.

EDIT: i just thought of something, you have to do the indentions while the clay is still wet or medium... i fort to tell you that.. some people will wait till its completely dry then try and add details using the sulpiting tool, and the clay brakes...
