I just bought a Russian PBF gas mask, and I just found out about asbestos being in older gas mask filters. Does anybody know if these filters are asbestos-free and safe to use?Does the Russian PBF Gas Mask filters contain Asbestos?
Due to the antiquity of the mask, I wouldn't resort to actually using it. It's more of a display piece now; buy something simple such as an N95 mask instead. It's affordable, dependable and asbestos free.Does the Russian PBF Gas Mask filters contain Asbestos?
