Do the M-10 Czech gas mask filters contain toxins?

I heard that certain gas masks have asbestos in the filters I NEED TO KNOW BEFORE I BUY IT!! I do not intend to use it for actual defense but i do need to know so I don't get sick and Die from scaring the crap out of my cousin and the like. I just need to know.

if you want it for scaring the crap out of your cousins, do not place the filters int othe mask, azbestos or not.





i guess if there were any poisonous material within, the Czech Army would have already figured it out, with its at least 20 years of operating that mask.
