How to keep glasses from fogging up when wearing dust mask?

I have some projects to get done around my house this weekend, and I really should wear a dust mask for some of them. But whenever I try to wear one, it makes my glasses fog up. Does anyone know a trick to keep this from happening? How to keep glasses from fogging up when wearing dust mask?
You can buy anti-fog sprays, but not necessary. All SCUBA divers have this same problem. Wipe the inside of your glasses with a little dish soap, then rinse. In the old days, we were taught to just spit in them, but dish soap seems so much more civilized! How to keep glasses from fogging up when wearing dust mask?
Be sure to get a mask that fits properly over the bridge of your nose; when it doesn't, that's what fogs your glasses. You might try to get the ';cup'; type mask; they tend to fit better than the standard flat surgical/scrub mask.
try putting a band-aid down over the mask where it bridges your nose. This should stop the air you exhale from leaking out the top and fogging your glasses.
I am a scuba diver, and an old timer once told me that the best remedy was to use toothpaste. Not the kind with gel in it, but the plain white. Rub the toothpaste on the inside then rinse off. This works I've done it and it keeps from spitting or using chemicals near your eyes. We never tried rain- x near my eyes seemed like a chance, also never got a answer when asking the manufacture.
They make a cream for your glass's that work's well. or you can try spitting on them, which is often done suba diving for the same reason.
i have the same problem when i scuba dive.and if i were you id do what scuba divers do.spit on the lense and rub your Silva into the lenses and rinse them off with cool water,
Go to an eyeglass center they sell anti fogging agents specifically made for eye glasses. Your dealing with plastic lenses in a lot of cases you dont want to ruin your lenses with industrial strenght applications.
rain-x should work. it keeps moisture off windshields.

try wiping the glasses with rubbing alcohol. same thing.
Rub the lenses of your glasses with a raw potato.
shaving cream

rain x window cleaner

Both of these claim to stop mirror fog, maybe they will work for you.
