Custom masquerade masks or where can I find this mask?

Ok, so, I am looking for this mask. Where can I find it? Or where can I find one similar to it? Also, please include how much it costs in US dollars. And where can I find someone who makes custom masks and would be able to make a mask like that and about how much would it cost to custom make it?

A student at the local high school art department can make that for you for a small fee. Maybe $20..Custom masquerade masks or where can I find this mask?
Could you not make this yourself? You could print out the picture (which should give you half of the face (flat)....enlarge in on a printer to were you need it size-wise. Take some plastic (like those plastic cutting boards) and glue some black construction paper or poster board onto it...trace the detail and cut out with exacto knife. you can buy some rhinestones to complete the look....I think there is also a spray laquer you could put over the finished product for the shinny effect....sorry, thats all i got.
